Great Bay Community College has been awarded $3,500 by Staples Foundation, under a program that lets Staples Associates direct donations. Matt Valcancick, a second year Marketing student and employee of Staples applied on behalf of his college. Staples believes its way to give back to the community is by giving employees a voice and letting them choose.

New Dual Admission Program between UNH and GBCC Increases Access to a 4-Year Degree

PORTSMOUTH, N.H. – Great Bay Community College and the University of New Hampshire  have announced a new dual admission program that will allow students to seamlessly transfer into UNH to complete a bachelor’s degree after completing their associate degree at Great Bay. Qualified students can earn credits that apply to both their associate degree and bachelor’s degree while at GBCC. Upon completion of an associate degree and a cumulative 2.5 grade point average or higher, program participants are guaranteed seamless entry into UNH’s College of Liberal Arts.
