Strategic Plan 2008 - 2013

Goals

1. Consolidate all of the college’s programs and services on the Portsmouth campus.
2. Develop and implement a five year enrollment management plan.
3. Build and expand our technological capacity.
4. Develop and coordinate college wide accountability and assessment initiatives.
5. Assess and adjust the human resource program.
6. Organize and deliver comprehensive and responsive student services.
7. Increase visibility and outreach to the regional and local community.
8. Develop a system to request, allocate and monitor financial resources.
9. Develop an optimal governance model for the college which is congruent with CCSNH by-laws and NEASC standards.
10. Create a campus culture and environment which best promotes the College’s Vision, Mission and Values.
