Dual Enrolment, often referred to as concurrent enrollment, allows high school students to take college courses while still enrolled in high school and receive college credits that will be applied to both high school and college transcripts. Great Bay Community College offers high school students three options for dual enrollment.
Running Start courses are college courses, taught by high school professors, on YOUR high school campus. College faculty work directly with high school faculty to ensure that the courses taught in participating schools maintain standards identical to those of sections taught on the college campus. Successful completion earns you both high school and college credit. Check with your guidance counselor to see which Running Start courses are offered at your location and when registration begins.
?Cost per course: $150.00

Early College invites high school juniors and seniors to take college courses on the Great Bay college campus. College courses are offered during the day and evening and are taught by highly qualified college professors. Students may choose from a large selection of courses; some courses may require placement testing. Prior to registration, High School and Home Schooled students must confer with their school counselors or curriculum coordinators to make sure the courses they select will satisfy high school requirements for graduation.
Cost per course: 50% of course tuition.
