Fitness Classes: Stress Reduction Through Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a specific type of meditation that involves training the mind to focus on the experience of the present moment without judgment.  When practiced consistently over time, research has shown mindfulness meditation may help reduce stress, ability to cope with stressful situations, and various other health issues and ailments
