Great Bay Community College student athletes will develop leadership, communication and team-building skills to make them more confident leaders upon graduation. The student-athletes will put into practice their abilities through a balance of classroom work and competitions.  Athletics is seen as an extension to the overall experience at GBCC; to advance the development of students intellectually, emotionally, spiritually, culturally, and physically.  Athletics are seen as an opportunity for men and women to expand their potential by developing goals, physical fitness and self-confidence in their lives.  All who participate on the athletic teams will be seen as positive role models, displaying sportsmanship, ethics and fair play on behalf of the College and community.
