The Math Center

Staffed by faculty and trained student personnel, the Math Center at CAPS offers assistance to students enrolled in Basic Math through Pre-Calculus. Students may come just once to get a particular question answered or attend weekly for on-going support. The Math Center is run on a drop-in basis, therefore, students are not required to make appointments.

During the fall and spring semesters, monthly workshops will be given on various math topics, including math test taking and study skills tips.

Drop-in times for this center are posted in CAPS and around campus at the beginning of each semester. Additional hours may be added throughout the semester so students are encouraged to check with CAPS for any updates.
