Interested in 3-D design?
Explore a career in product engineering, programming, designing or drafting. Prepare for the Certified Solidworks Associate Exam (CSWA) which indicates a foundation in and apprentice knowledge of 3D CAD and engineering practices and principles. Become proficient in creating sketch entities in multiple views including from reference planes. Create a 3D model from a simple to an advanced blueprint. Assemble parts using coincidental, parallel, perpendicular, tangent, concentric, distance, and angle mates. Develop production blue prints that include multiple standard views, auxiliary views, section views, and assembly drawings.

Who Should Attend?
Individuals who are new to Solidworks or are looking to enhance their current skill set by preparing for the Certified Solidworks Associate exam
Classes are held at the Great Bay Community College Advanced Technology & Academic Center (ATAC) in Rochester. The state of the art computer lab has Solidworks access for students who would prefer to use a desktop computer during class.
