Below you will find some basic information about this year’s ceremony.
When is the Graduation Ceremony? Saturday, May 16th at 11:00am at GBCC. Graduates should arrive by 10:00am. Tickets are not needed for graduation guests. Seating is available on a first come first serve basis.
CAPS and GOWNS: You can order your cap and gown through the Bookstore (427-0891) beginning March 16th. Caps and gowns will be available for pickup after May 11th.
GRADUATION REHEARSAL BREAKFAST: Friday, May 15th at 9:00am at the Portsmouth Country Club. Please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday May 1st. Department Awards will be presented at the breakfast. This breakfast is FREE to all graduating students. Due to space restrictions the breakfast is limited to students, faculty and invited staff and administration.
GRADUATION REHEARSAL: Friday, May 15th at 11:00am This is the only practice that will be held. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU ATTEND.

PARKING: Parking is available on campus on a first come first serve basis. We do encourage visitors and guests to car pool when possible. Please note parking is NOT PERMITTED at the Passport Center and they will tow vehicles.
PTK MEMBERS: Please remember that you will need to purchase your PTK stoles and cords to be worn at graduation. Please email Cindy Walton email@example.com for information on how to purchase them.
STUDENT SINGER: If you are interested in singing the National Anthem at Graduation please email Mike Fischer at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a time to audition. Auditions can be scheduled the week of April 6th.
REMINDER: ALL FEES AND FINES (library fines, tuition, etc.) and FINANCIAL AID EXIT INTERVIEWS MUST BE CLEARED BEFORE FINAL EXAMS. If these are not cleared before graduation, you will not receive your degree.
