Nontraditional / Gender Equity
Nontraditional fields of study are occupations or fields of work in which individuals from one gender comprises less than 25 percent of the total number. Examples include criminal justice, computer science, and several other emerging high skill occupations. Support, resources, and scholarships may be available for students studying in nontraditional fields.
