This course will examine the field of insurance, risk and risk management and provide an overview of the various types of insurance – accident, casualty, health and life. This course looks at insurance principles and risk management with consumer considerations and the legal principles in the industry. Prerequisite: BUS110G or permission of Dept. Chair.
